Day 1...And I am TIRED!

Hey Chics! I wish that I could say I have everything that I said would be on here but I don't. I am so freaking tired! I can in way under my calories today and now I am feeling it. I still haven't gotten the pics off of my camera and there is no video today because since it is Monday my dad is over and we are watching football and wrestling. So I don't feel like trying to make a video with my dad and John in the back ground lol.

I can say this is going to be a struggle for me. I almost feel like someone who has been smoking for many years and then just gives it up. I am going through some crazy with drawl.  I want McDonalds or Longhorns but instead I ate at home all day and had no soda. I have been a little pissy to say the least.


My weight is still at 191 but I do not expect it to stay that way for long. I have to weigh myself every day for this 1st part of the program so I will give you a weight every day. 


Breakfast:
Pink Smoothie
1cup almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla whey powder
1/2 cup strawberries
I was so surprised that I loved it!! I was taken back a little by the almond milk but it was really good. I also wasn't happy with the price of everything when I bought it but then once you break it down per smoothie it isn't was bad.


Lunch
grilled chicken salad
french dressing


Dinner
4oz eye of round steak
A1 sauce
corn and green beans


Snack
raw baby carrots


I started back drinking just water and wow the migraine sucks! I hope I am in a better mood tomorrow and can write some more.
