Weight: 191lbs
(This is what I have been since I ended the last diet I was on. I was happy to be out of the 200's but this is not even close to where I want to be). My over all goal is 135lbs by November.)
Here are my measurements. For the record: this is more embarrassing for me to post then my weight and photos combined! But you can't change what you don't acknowledge so here you go
Waist: 41in
Neck: 14.5in
Leg:23in
Bust:40in
Arm:11.5in
Holy crap! My boobs are almost as big as my waist! That is a damn shame!
So here is what I ate today. Right now it is rough financially this time of year so it is not time for me to buy groceries so I am still eating what everyone eats but I am cutting and measuring portions. I need to stay between 1200-1500 calories. I can also say that I did not have any soda today! I have been a little pissy but I survived!
Breakfast:
2 pieces of toast with peanut butter 330 cal
Lunch:
Veggie Soup and crackers 360 cal
Dinner:
Pasta salad
Tomato noodles
Green beans
Chicken 465 cal
Snack:
Chocolate Ice Cream 140 cal
Total Cal: 1295 cal!
I made it! And all I drank was water so that is 0 yup 0 calories!!!
Exercise:
10 minute workout that I saw on Dr. Oz I will post it soon. It is something you can do every day it is only 10 mins and yup it's FREE! I told you I would make this as cheap as I can for you!
Other than that today has just been a day to get everything back in order for kids to go back to school, the holidays to be over, and for me to figure out how to use my time wisely! Tomorrow I will get into shopping and something I saw on TV that gives you a list of what should be in your house. I can see it now there is probably nothing in my kitchen that makes the list! Ok I am pooped! See you tomorrow!
