There has not been any weight loss in the past couple days and I am sure I know why. Weekends suck! When it comes to eating this is when I mess up the most. We are always on the go so we are always eating out! I am just happy I haven't gained anything back.
Plus the wedding expo we went to was so much fun! I loved eating all the cake samples. And then right after I shoved cake in my mouth the next booth was a nutrition booth. Go figure lol. So I had a weight loss drink with my cake lol.
I also got my dress today but they were so busy I couldn't get to try it on so I am going to tomorrow and see if it is big on me! I hope so.
I am feeling so much better. I am able to fit in my jeans again and I can see it in my face. I am beginning to feel so pretty again!
