HAPPY NEW YEARS!!! Are you ready? I am extremely happy to get going! It all starts tomorrow. Do you have any resolutions? I do! Like I have said before as for myself becoming healthy and losing weight it is no way a resolution. My resolutions are to quit stressing so much and to be more patient. I stress about everything and I know a lot of it has to do with my high anxiety but at the same time I know it is not healthy (and probably one of the reasons I have high blood pressure). Patience is something I use to have tons of and I think I still do but only for other people and their kids lol. Every little things my kids do sometimes just sets me off. I apologize like crazy and they always tell me I need a break. Gotta love them :)
Ok, now let me tell you a little bit about my blog and how this will go for now. I am going to keep it a blog until I can figure out how to convert it into a website which I must say is way harder than I thought it would be. And at the end of this blog I am going to let you in on a little secret :) So read on!
Tomorrow will the the beginning of this chapter of weight loss for me. I could take down the other posts and start from scratch but then that doesn't show that I have had to struggle just like any one else. So you will see my pics tomorrow of how I look now in some workout clothes (I am so dreading that), also my weight and some measurements. Each week I will tell my weight and once a month I will post how many inches lost. I will let you know what I am eating and the work outs I did and as always some info I think you may found helpful. I love to cook so be ready for some recipes! And here is a warning to anyone that has never read my blogs...I have NO filter. If something is bothering me I am going to say it and if it is with someone I will never use names but this is my outlet and I am an emotional eater so instead of drowning myself in food I let it out in words.

And I do have more reasons to get this weight off...I need to fit in a dress around November ;) And I NEVER wear dresses!
