Hey Chics! I am sorry but tonight I am going to keep this short and sweet. It seems like the later it gets in the day the worse I am feeling so I plan on calling it an early night.
Today was the best exercise that I had. I played with Cole outside for about an hour. This was some workout playing though. He wanted to get the basketball in the hoop so I was having to pick him up (squats) and the place a 30lb kids over my head (works the bicep, tricep, and core muscles) and then back down. I think we did that about 20 times. Then we were just running around playing "you can't catch me" I think that we tired each other out. I did also get an email today that my PINK method was on its way so I am super excited! I figure that is when I will post my pics because that is when the full journey begins. I hope that it gets here and I am able to start it by Monday.
When it comes to eating I was on the fence today. I don't have calorie counts but I can tell you what I put in my mouth. Breakfast was 2 pieces of toast with some peanut butter. Lunch was some chili and crackers. Dinner was a pork chop, scalloped potatoes, and mixed veggies. Although dinner may not have been the healthiest I do still watch my portion size and I never go back for seconds. Oh and for dessert I am having 1/2 a cup of ice cream. I don't notice it is such a small portion because I eat it as I am blogging so I take my sweet time. And it is so sweet!

Above is the link for the 100 foods that should be in your house according to Dr. Oz. I love him and I love his show so I do listen to some things he says. I though this list was really interesting and I was surprised at all the foods I like on there and some I will try. But the fish...uh no. Oh and the soy hamburgers and hotdogs...I am going to buy them just to see who I can get them past.
Have a great night and tomorrow I will be venting!
xoxoxo,

Awesome! Glad you had a great day and praying you feel better tomorrow! God Bless you. Monday we start our fasting for 21 days. It takes 21 days to form a habit so I pray that the Lord leads me to a habit that will help me get at least 40lbs off too.
