One of the worst things though was we were out all day so you guessed it, we ate out ALL day! I was so horrible! So, so, so horrible! I wish I wasn't but I did it, so time to move on. This was kinda how today went...
Exercise: Putt-Putt with the family and walking around Festival Bay (back to the normal exercise tomorrow)
Food:
Breakfast: None (yup I know, the worst thing I could have done!)
Lunch: Golden Corral (I had a large salad with oil and vinegar so by the time I was done with that I was pretty full and couldn't eat everything on my plate with the other food)
Dinner: Woody's BBQ (we had wanted to go to Ponderosa but I wasn't going to go to another buffet. I had 1/2 a pulled pork sandwich, green beans, some fires, and a sweet tea)
Tomorrow I am going grocery shopping with no kids, coupons in hand, and only healthy food going in! I am going to be totally in control of what goes in the house as well as my body. I see a lot of chicken in my future! I have a new game plan for Monday. Just doing this blog I see what I am doing wrong and what I need to do to fix it.
I am going to be more upfront with everything that goes in my body using calorie counts and balanced meals. I am going to make my meals cut and dry till I can get the hang of this. Giving myself too many options is not helping! And I am going to step up the exercise. I live in the middle of nowhere with a kick butt circular driveway I can walk with boogies and be close to the house. But, we can get more into that later...I'm tired!
