Day 7...Let's Review the Week and Get on a Better Track

I'm not even going to talk about today too much. It is safe to say that I barely got to eat today because I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. My exercise was walking around the mall pushing a stroller for about 2 hours. And the beef stew I made my yummy in my tummy! It was made with all fresh veggies and was so good but I can cook so that is one thing I had on my side.

So tomorrow is a fresh start. I have no idea why I thought for one second that I would start this weight loss journey and from day 1 everything would be just peachy! Boy was I wrong! Trying to make time with everything from kids to exercise. Eating properly even when going out. I must have been smoking something really good. But I am smart enough to know that I am human so it was time for me to sit down and regroup. And now I have done some tweaking and have a new plan. Something more structured that will work a lot better. Let me map it out for you because I know you are sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to hear about it lol...

Exercise: I am going to continue with the Wii fitness games I have been doing but I am also adding getting outside and walking/jogging .5 to 1 mile a day. I am able to do this right in my driveway under the trees. I can even bring Boogies out there so he can get some fresh air as well.

Eating: This is where I suck! So I am going to make it pretty cut and dry and add stuff every week till I can keep on the right path. Mornings are cereal with low fat milk, lunches are salads, and dinner will be meat with lots of veggies! I am also going to eat the 1485 calories I was told to eat and drink even more water! I will use sparkpeople.com to break down all of the calories eaten. Which by the way that is an awesome FREE website.

Scheduling: I am going back to the way I did things before when I was a stay at home mom. I have always been a night person so once everyone goes to bed I will clean the house. It is so nice to wake up to a clean house and know that all you have to is play with the kids. 

Couponing: I just had to throw in the fact that I saved almost $50 on my groceries and will be feeding my family for the week and spent less than $100 bucks! And we are talking healthy food here people!

So tomorrow is my weigh in and as much as it will suck I will post my gain on here and be proud at the fact I have learned my lesson. I have still been hearing great feedback and I have heard the word "inspiration" and my name being linked to that, which I want to touch on tomorrow. SO on that note good night :)
